Owner/Founder
ROC a Bye Baby, LLC, was founded by Taylor McGraw, who originally hails from Charlottesville, VA. Her educational background includes the University of Virginia School of Nursing, after which Taylor began caring for sick and premature infants in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit. Building on her nursing career and passion for the neonatal population Taylor continued her education to become a Pediatric/Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, and currently provides care in multiple newborn nurseries and NICUs in the region. Additionally, Taylor has served as a faculty member at the University of Rochester School of Nursing.
While both navigating professional careers, Taylor and her husband - a pediatric pulmonologist in the local community - joyfully welcomed the arrival of twin boys in 2020, in addition to their 2.5 year old son. As a new mother of three under 3, coupled with her passion for helping families thrive, Taylor developed the idea for ROC A Bye Baby.
Taylor created ROC A Bye Baby in order to connect Rochester families with affordable newborn care during those first few months at home, without compromising on quality. ROC A Bye Baby seeks to support new parents as they navigate the intricacies of nurturing their little ones, while simultaneously juggling the demands of other children, pursuing careers, or furthering their education. At ROC A Bye Baby, weary parents will find respite amidst a warm and understanding community, allowing them to savor the precious moments of early parenthood while fostering their own personal growth and well-being.
